How Do You Know I Would Be The Right Agent For You?

THIS IS ALL I DO!

Why does that matter? Because 90% of real estate agents are not full-time. Many juggle other jobs or have family obligations that come first. When you're making one of the largest investments of your life, you deserve someone who’s fully committed to your success.

In fact, the National Association of Realtors reports that the average agent sells just three homes per year. That’s not enough to build the deep expertise needed to navigate this complex market effectively.

Don't trust your largest investment to someone who does this part time.

Twenty-Two Years and Counting

I’ve been a full-time real estate agent in Massachusetts since 2003, and in that time, I’ve weathered it all—from the 2006 boom to the 2009 crash, navigating both the scarcity of low inventory and the challenges of an overabundance of properties. Through the highs and lows, I’ve come out stronger, more knowledgeable, and better equipped to guide my clients.

I’m incredibly grateful for the lessons, insights, and experience I’ve gained over the years. Every challenge, every success, has contributed to my ability to help you make the best investment decisions for your unique needs.

A Commitment to Expertise Since 2003

When I started my real estate career in 2003, I made a promise to myself: to become an expert in my field. To achieve this, I immersed myself in the educational opportunities offered by the National Association of Realtors, Prudential Real Estate, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and other top organizations—and I continue to do so today.

Here’s what I’ve earned through years of hard work and dedication:

  • Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI)

  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

  • Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR)

  • Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)

  • Certified Relocation Specialist

  • Broker’s License in New Hampshire

  • Notary Public in Massachusetts

I’m constantly advancing my knowledge so I can provide the best possible service and advice to my clients.

I am not just a real estate agent I am your trusted real estate advisor.

I am High Tech and Flexible

I’ve fully embraced technology to make the real estate process easier and more efficient for my clients. I understand that life can be hectic—balancing work, family, and everything in between—so I’ve made it my mission to streamline communication, appointments, feedback, offers, negotiations, marketing, and updates. With the tools I use, you’ll stay fully informed without it adding extra stress or time to your already busy schedule.

But I also know that not everyone is a fan of technology. If that’s the case, I’m always available to speak by phone or meet in person as often as you’d like. The choice is yours—flexibility is key to a smooth experience.

I Don’t Negotiate via Text or Email
Negotiation is a critical part of the real estate process, and I believe it deserves a personal touch. That’s why I don’t handle negotiations through text or email. I prefer face-to-face or phone conversations to ensure clear communication, better decision-making, and, ultimately, the best outcome for you. Your investment deserves the full attention and expertise I bring to the table.

For Sellers ~ INDIVIDUALIZED MARKETING PLANS
Not every home is the same, so why should every marketing plan be? With my in-depth understanding of buyers’ needs and behavior, I can create a tailored marketing strategy that targets the right audience for your home. By profiling the most likely buyer, I’ll design a plan that highlights your home’s unique features and gets it in front of the people who will appreciate it most.

Every home deserves a custom approach, and that’s exactly what I deliver.

My Easy Exit Guarantee

I stand by the services I provide. If, at any point, you're not satisfied with my work or feel I haven’t delivered on my promises, and I haven’t been able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, I will void our contract—no questions asked.

Why would you work with someone who doesn't guarantee their services?
