The National Association of Realtors reports the average real estate agent sells three homes per year. This is the largest investment most people will make. Don't trust your largest investment to someone who does this part time.

I have been a full time real estate agent in Massachusetts since 2003. I saw the boom happen and the crash and I made it through intact and I am better and more experienced because of it! I am incredibly grateful for all the lessons, insights and experience I have acquired since 2003. To Date; I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute(GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Certified Relocation Specialist. I also have a Brokers license in NH and am a Notary in MA

I have taken more than 10 classes in the art of staging and I bring this expertise to the table to help my sellers. After price, staging is the most important thing you can do to get the highest price in the quickest amount of time.

Technology has been something I have embraced in my business. Most of my clients have very busy lives, between work and family most have little time to take a breath and relax. The tools I utilize make communication, appointments, feedback, offers, negotiations, marketing and updates easy, so that you are fully informed and aware of everything that is happening during the process without having to add to your workload. If technology is not your thing, we can speak on the phone or in person as often as you like.
